Madison LeeWatson is Vice President of Portfolio Reporting and Analytics at Element Pointe Family Office. She is tasked with overseeing and continuously evolving the Firm’s reporting infrastructure and technology. This includes the overall design and execution of portfolio reporting processes to help ensure that clients receive accurate and meaningful visibility into their investment portfolios and overall financial picture.
Previously, Madison built her career at AllianceBernstein, where she led the Addepar reporting team in support of the firm’s foundations, endowments, and ultra-high-net-worth private wealth group. Known for bridging technical execution with business strategy, she has managed large-scale reporting initiatives and partnered closely with business stakeholders to drive growth and operational efficiency. Throughout her career, she has maintained a keen focus on fintech innovation, leveraging her deep knowledge of Addepar’s evolving product capabilities to implement solutions that streamline reporting workflows and enhance the client experience.
Madison holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Management from Middle Tennessee State University. She currently resides in Phoenix, Arizona.
